03 · The Turning Point

The VSL video was the moment. Rok had built it, implemented it, watched it fail — and was close to concluding the whole system was broken. One coaching call with Will and Nor changed the outcome. 05 · Key Actions Taken

What Rok did.

  1. Completed the foundations in week one and immediately applied outreach strategy changes to Instagram DMs — getting to implementation before any analysis paralysis could set in.
  2. Joined every relevant group coaching call — outbound, implementation, strategy — and arrived with a specific problem each time, not a general question.
  3. Rebuilt the VSL outreach video after coaching feedback from Will and Nor, recording the new version the same day and re-launching within 48 hours.
